    Building a “theory of change” serves as a conduit between an organization and the larger community, communicating long-term vision and serving as an organization’s North Star for years to come.

    Acting as your organization’s compass, it can help provide guidelines and values for decision-making, program development, HR issues, and other nonprofit quandaries. More than a strategic planning process, it results in a guide that can be utilized for day-to-day management and to support discussion when an organization considers new programming or prepares for growth.

Project Budget

Facilitation and consutling packages begin at $1,000. If your funding source requires specific caps, contact me for a tailored plan. I will do my best to provide support for your goals within your budget. For oganizations, community groups and projects with more resourced budgets, I also offer my direct involvement and facilitation where my goal is to make a change process equitable, energizing and fun. This results in organizational engagement and buy-in from a wide range of people who care deeply about the work.
